It's finally happening. Hapoel Haifa announced on Thursday that it has reached a conclusion of a correction of players' wages until the end of the season in light of the Corona epidemic and its severe impact on the world economy in general and Israel in particular. The outline was reached following negotiations concluded by owner Yoav Katz and CEO Oren Sterling with representatives of the group's players. As a result, the team players will return for training tomorrow.

Owner Yoav Katz: "We have reached a conclusion on the outline, which paves the way for a return to training in accordance with the Ministry of Health guidelines and the hope that we will soon return to a full training routine and the playoff games. I would like to thank the heads of the league who have given us back and support over the last period."

Captains of the team Eden Ben Best, Dor Malul, and Gili Vermouth: "We were delighted to have come to understand the club after a period of uncertainty when the club's goodness was always before us. We apologize that details from the negotiations were published in our opinion and not the opinion of the club what Which made it difficult to end. They are already waiting to return to training and counting the days to return to the league games, and when possible, for the first meeting with the crowd at Sammy Ofer. "
