Reintegration: Force Femmes has switched to digital mode

The association which helps women over 45 to find a job has revised its organization.

For Force Femmes, it is out of the question to add isolation to confinement ... The recognized association of general interest, which helps unemployed women over 45 years old to reintegrate professionally, has been reorganized since mid- March to maintain the link with its audience. After taking their pulse and surveying the 2,000 women supported and the 1,000 volunteers in the network on their availability, the association switched to digital mode with teleconferencing and virtual workshops.
