Iran: 5.1 magnitude earthquake in Tehran

A 5.1 magnitude earthquake struck Tehran tonight, also felt in some cities in the northern provinces of Mazandaran and Qom. Many people took to the streets in the Iranian capital. The epicenter was located near Damavand, 58 km from Tehran. According to Iranian state media, there are currently no reported casualties or serious harm. In Tehran, the media said, many took the car and queued at the gas stations. According to the Iranian National Seismological Center, the epicenter was 7 km deep.
