N.1 Cones: "We have been working for the restart for 10 weeks" (ANSA)

"Italian sport is ready to start again". This was assured by the president of the Coni Giovanni Malagò who met the managers of Bologna Calcio and the youth players by videoconference.
"We have been working on this for ten weeks - he said - we have shown the way and on this I must say that the Government has respected us. We have presented a 404-page report document, in which we asked all the federations to indicate the specificity of their sport. It was a madhouse job, because there are obvious differences between those who play cricket and those who practice freediving and those who play rugby in the scrum package. All this has been integrated by the Polytechnic of Turin, the highest authority for that which concerns partitions, controls of conditioning systems, promiscuous environments and different logistical specificities, and from the report of the medical-sports federation ".
"Today Italian sport is ready to start again - concluded Malagò - It is clear that the resumption of activities is different from the resumption of competitions, but it is equally obvious that competitions cannot resume if training does not start again".
