Swimming allowed. After several weeks of complete closings, the beaches of La Baule and Pornichet (Loire-Atlantique) reopened their sand to the public on Wednesday. If it is still forbidden to sunbathe on the strip of sand, sports activities are again authorized. Joggers, walkers and windsurfers are already there.
Jacques Belot, deputy mayor of La Baule, intends that the reopening will be done in "hygienic hygiene rules" and "in a dynamic way" so that a new closure of the coasts does not spoil the pleasure of finding the sea.
