Today, Spain extended a two-week state of emergency against the Corona Virus pandemic.

According to Agence France-Presse, the Spanish parliament agreed to extend this extraordinary measure until the sixth of next month with a majority of 177 votes, 162 deputies rejected and 11 abstentions.

The state of emergency has allowed the imposition of more stringent quarantine measures in the world since last March 14 to contain the emerging corona virus.

The government believes that it is necessary to finish the stone in stages that will last until the end of June, as its President Pedro Sanchez wanted to extend the stone a month, but he was forced to reduce the period to ensure the support of his allies in Parliament.

Last week, the streets of the capital, Madrid, witnessed protests against the government, in which hundreds participated, and spread to other cities such as Zaragoza, Seville and Cordoba, demanding the government's resignation after accusing it of mismanaging the health crisis.

The number of deaths caused by the Corona "Covid 19" epidemic remained below the 100th threshold for the fourth consecutive day, with a total of 27,888 deaths.
