(ANSA) - ROME, MAY 21 - 156 coronavirus victims have died in the last 24 hours in Italy. In total, the dead rise to 32,486. Yesterday the increase had been 161 victims. There are currently 60,960 coronavirus patients in Italy, 1,792 less than yesterday, when the drop had been 2,377.
The healed and discharged for coronavirus in Italy rose to 134,560, with an increase compared to yesterday of 2,278. On Wednesday the increase had been 2,881.
Overall, 228,006 were infected with coronaviruses in Italy, 642 more than yesterday. Of these, 86,091 are in Lombardy, which records 316 more than yesterday. The figure currently includes positives, victims and healed. Yesterday the national increase had been 665. The data have been reported by the Civil Protection.
