An African-American reporter for the American television channel CNN was arrested live by police early in the morning in Minneapolis.
Omar Jimenez and his team of three were covering the protests in Minneapolis, United States, when they were handcuffed by police in riot gear.
CNN said its journalist had declined to identify himself before being arrested with his colleagues. The team was on hand to cover the third night of violence following the death of George Floyd, an African American who died following an arrest.
The team of journalists was released in the morning, CNN said.
