The Health Ministry reported six new deaths from coronavirus in relation to Monday's report, making 1049 fatalities from the pandemic in the country.
The deaths recorded in the last hours were all men: two in the province of Buenos Aires, aged 74 and 91; three in the City of Buenos Aires, 67, 73 and 76 years old and another one of 68 who lived in Chaco. Meanwhile, the virus case fatality rate fell to 2.3%.
The good news is that so far there are 13,576 people who had the disease, recovered and were already discharged. This is more than 30% of confirmed positive cases.
Of the 2,146 cases reported on Monday, the province of Buenos Aires and the City shared the cases almost equally. The province registered 1,037, while the City had 1,024.
