(ANSA) - ROME, JULY 15 - "It is believed that Finnegan Lee Elder was capable of understanding or wanting at the time of the event" and is therefore "attributable". This is what can be read in the conclusions of the psychiatric report ordered by the court of Rome in the confrontations of the Californian accused, together with Gabriel NataleHjorth, of the murder of the deputy brigadier Mario Cerciello Rega stabbed on 26 July last year.
