At 3:02 pm today (21), the police and firefighters received a report stating that a scaffold was suspected to have collapsed on a site on Cheng Kai Road and Mu'an Street in Kai Tak. Two workers were hit by iron sticks and fell into a coma. They were rescued. The personnel are rushing to the scene.
