(ANSA) - MILAN, JULY 23 - The adhesions to the opas launched by Intesa Sanpaolo on Ubi have risen to 26.406% of the capital of the bank led by Victor Massiah. This is what we read in the updates provided by Borsa Italiana. In one day more than 9% of Ubi's share capital was contributed to the public purchase and exchange offer, the highest figure since the launch of the takeover bid.
