In a press release, the LFP explained that the coronavirus was circulating within the Olympique de Marseille group. In order to avoid the spread of the virus, the league is proposing a postponement of the meeting on September 16 or 17. The opening of the French championship will therefore not be Friday evening at 7 p.m. but Saturday at 5 p.m. with the meeting between Bordeaux and Nantes.
