The heads of the budget control announced tonight (Tuesday) to the management of Hapoel Tel Aviv that the budget for the 20/21 season is fully approved and the team will be able to open the season as a series. 

The club's announcement reads: "On this occasion we would like to thank the professionals who took part in the complex process, whose details are known to all. Hoping for a successful season and of course, a quick return to routine and returning the crowd to the pitches."
