On September 21, the sale of tickets for the 2021 Mexican Tennis Open will begin . At the moment, due to the Covid-19 situation, only 50% of the total capacity of the main stadium will be sold , as reported by the tournament organization through its social networks.
As is already a tradition, the event will be held in Acapulco, Guerrero and although the date has not yet been confirmed, it is expected to start at the end of February 2021. Through its social networks, the Mexican Tennis Open announced the date of the first stage of ticket sales.

They also indicated that they are working together with the health authorities so that the event takes place with all the required measures. For this new edition , the tournament was scheduled to take place in the new stadium , but the construction of the building had to be suspended due to the situation of the pandemic.
Remember that the 2020 edition was held before the pandemic and Rafael Nadal was the champion in the men's branch, while the women's Heather Watson was the winner.
