(ANSA) - AREZZO, 04 SEP - The investigating judge of Arezzo Fabio Lombardo has rejected the filing request for Fredy Pacini, the 61-year-old tire and bicycle dealer who on the night of 28 November 2018, in Monte San Savino, shot and killed VitalieTonjoc, 29 years old , Moldovan, broke into his workshop-shop with the intent of stealing according to the reconstruction of the investigators.
