The president of the disputed Nogorno-Karabakh region said Azerbaijan's big cities are now the army's target after reporting indiscriminate missile attacks.
On Twitter, leader Arayik Harut-yun-yan also warned the Azerbaijani population to get out of major cities to avoid "unavoidable losses."
