Democratic vice presidential candidate Kamala Harris recalled the moment when President Trump did not condemn the Proud Boys group, considered far-right, during the first presidential debate.
In that sense, Harris said there is a "pattern" in the president and mentioned Trump's previous comments about other racial incidents in the United States.
