The TAR of Trento, as reported by Enpa, did
NOT
accept the appeal
for the suspension of the order of capture and imprisonment for life of the bear JJ4 presented by Enpa and Oipa.
"We will appeal to the Council of State against this sentence - affirms the Enpa".
The discussion on the merits will take place next 22 October.
The Jj4 bear had been the protagonist of a close encounter last June 22 on Mount Peller with two hunters, father and son, who were injured.
A previous order for the slaughter of Jj4 was rejected by the TAR last July.
