At about 7 am today (8th), two men had a dispute outside Yue Man Square, Kwun Tong. During the quarrel, someone took out a hard object and attacked the man. The man was beaten to a semi-consciousness and lay down on the road.
Ambulancemen arrived and sent the injured to Queen Elizabeth Hospital for treatment; the assailant reported neck pain and was sent to United Hospital.
The police arrested a man on the spot, and the case was classified as "assault causing bodily injury."
