In front of the camera, he liked them big and sculptural but the ideal woman, Helmut Newton had found her in the person of a pretty brunette with the air of a wise girl.

When Helmut Neustâdter met June Browne, he was still just a small wedding photographer who did not even have a storefront in Melbourne, where this Berlin Jew found refuge after fleeing, alone, from Nazi Germany when he was not even 18.

A friend offers to photograph her girlfriend June.

Behind the photographs of this photographer, June imagines discovering a middle-aged man and finds herself in front of a large 26-year-old slut who kisses her hand.
