A "serious" incident was reported in Brazil on October 29 with a volunteer for the covid-19 vaccine developed by the Chinese pharmaceutical company Sinovac Biotech, which at the end of July began phase 3 tests in collaboration with the Brazilian institute Butantan in Sao Paulo, and it also has clinical trials in Indonesia and Turkey.
Brazilian regulatory authorities suspended the trials.
