The former president of Peru Martín Vizcarra reacted to the resignation of Manuel Merino.
Vizcarra said that on Monday that "people who hold the office of congressmen mistreated the constitution" by removing him as president of the Republic.
"Now it turns out that the solution is for another congressman to come out," added the former president.
