Today, the Russian health authorities announced the monitoring of a new unprecedented jump in the outcome of new infections with the Coronavirus, with more than 22.7 thousand new cases of the epidemic recorded during the past 24 hours.
The special operations room to combat the spread of the coronavirus in Russia confirmed in its daily report that 22,778 new infections were recorded during the last day, compared to 22572 and 22702 cases in the previous two days.
The Russian health authorities monitored 303 new deaths from the Coronavirus, compared with 352 deaths the previous day, representing a decrease for the fourth consecutive day in this rate.
The total number of corona infections recorded in Russia since the beginning of the pandemic increased by 1.2 percent during the past 24 hours and became one million and 94,603 confirmed cases, including 33,489 deaths and 461,265 active cases, and 13864 patients recovered, bringing the total number of people recovering to one million and 453,849 people.
