A hiker was killed Monday, November 30 in the Vercors massif after falling about 20 meters, according to mountain rescue. The victim, aged 71, was walking with his wife above Engins (Isère), a town in the Vercors Regional Natural Park, near Grenoble, when the fall occurred. “The rescuers could only note his death on their arrival,” said the Grenoble CRS.
