Another wall that falls in football

: the French Stephanie Frappart will be the first female referee of a men's Champions League match.

The 37-year-old referee has been designated for the match between Juve and Dinamo Kievo scheduled in Turin on Wednesday evening.

Frappart has already set other 'records': first woman to referee in the French league, she directed the European Super Cup final in 2019 and last October she made her debut in the Europa League. 

Meanwhile 

Sara Gama becomes the first female vice president of the Italian Footballers' Association

. The 31-year-old captain of Juventus and Italy women was in fact elected today during the general assembly held by videoconference, becoming the first woman to hold an apical role within the Assocalciatori. Together with her, as deputy vice president, there will be Davide Biondini, former player of Cagliari and Sassuolo.
