(ANSA) - ROME, 02 DEC - For the third time in just over a year, the magistrates will have to return to the polls to elect a new councilor of the CSM. It is the umpteenth effect of the earthquake caused by the case of Luca Palamara, the former president of the Anmradiato from the judiciary. The return to the vote derives from the fact that the plenum of the CSM established today that "there are no legitimate candidates to take over" from Marco Mancinetti the togato who resigned 3 months ago, for his chats with Palamara.
