A 48-year-old is said to be behind a case of illegal arms trade in the "Reich Citizens" and right-wing extremist scene. Investigations are also underway against his alleged customers.

After a raid in the summer of the “Reichsbürger” and right-wing extremist scene on charges of illegal arms trade, a 48-year-old was found to be the mastermind.

It is the main suspect in the case, said Chief Public Prosecutor Klaus Ruhland from the Public Prosecutor's Office in Munich.

The German national has since been transferred from Croatia to the Federal Republic.

First of all, the ZDF program »Frontal 21« reported on it.

Semi-automatic handguns, pump guns, ammunition

In July the public prosecutor's office announced that two semi-automatic handguns, a pump gun and 200 rounds of ammunition had been found in a total of twelve suspects in Bavaria, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt and Austria.

In addition, right-wing extremist writings and Reich citizenship documents were discovered.

It should be about illegal arms deliveries, including war weapons, from Croatia.

According to Ruhland, the other suspects are the alleged arms dealer's buyers.

According to "Frontal 21", the defender of the 48-year-old had declared that the man did not trade in weapons.

His clients incriminating statements were wrong, said the lawyer.
