Uber's app expands its range and, in the metropolitan area of Rome, begins to provide information on public transport.
The novelty, already launched in London, Paris and Lisbon, is part of the company's goal of becoming a multimodal mobility platform.
With the Uber Public Transport service, explains the alternative taxi company, "it will be possible to receive updates in real time that will include train, metro, tram and bus, facilitating and optimizing the travel and movement experience in the capital thanks to the use of one app ".
"This integration is another decisive step - states the general manager of Uber Italy Lorenzo Pireddu - towards the creation of a complete mobility platform that constitutes a real alternative to the use of a private car".
