The Secretary of Public Education of Mexico, Esteban Moctezuma Barragán, reported that only the states that are in the epidemiological green light could start face-to-face classes in January 2021, if the local governments so decide.
Currently in this possibility are the Mexican states of Campeche, Chiapas and Veracruz.
The federal official detailed the measures that the authorities will implement so that the country's students can return to receive their education in schools.
