At first glance, the reform seems paved with good intentions: who, these days, can claim to be the enemy of nature conservation?

The problem is that this one already appears in the preamble of the fundamental law since 2005. Therefore, the objective of the Head of State, who would kill two birds with one stone, is obvious: his image would turn green. advantageously and his opponents would be trapped for the presidential campaign.

It is obvious that the reality will however be less simple.
