The appearance of vaccines against covid 19 means, El País journalist Jorge Galindo tells us, that hopes of mitigating infections can be managed through the other already known protection measures.

Because the reality of the numbers shows that Mexico today knows better the reality of the rate of infections, but is far from being able to mitigate them.
