(ANSA) - BRUSSELS, DECEMBER 17 - The President of the European Council Charles Michel has decided to go into self-isolation after learning of the positivity of French President Emmanuel Macron.
This was announced by the spokesman of the Council.
Michel has decided to adopt this measure as a precaution even though the French authorities have informed him that he is not considered as a person who has been 'in close contact' with Macron.
Michel took a swab last Tuesday and tested negative.
