(ANSA) - NEW YORK, DECEMBER 20 - The first injection of the Modern vaccine in the United States will take place on Monday.

This was announced by MoncefSlaoui, head of Operation Warp Speed, in an interview with CNN.

The vaccine distribution process, approved by the Food and Drug Administration, is ongoing.


   The goal is to distribute 5.9 million doses next week, to which are added 2 million doses of Pfizer vaccine.
