The president, who is celebrating his 43rd birthday on Monday, "
still has symptoms
" of the virus, according to an assessment made Monday morning by his doctor, he said.

Emmanuel Macron chaired in the morning a council of ministers by videoconference from the official residence of La Lanterne, in Versailles, where he isolated himself Thursday evening, suffering from fatigue, cough and aches.
He promised to "report daily on the progress of the disease."
