This resolution will mean, as confirmed by the palace of La Moncloa, that controls are reinforced at the Gibraltar border crossing, since it is a territory administered by the United Kingdom.
However, the restriction will not apply to those nationals or residents in Spain who wish to return to the Iberian Peninsula.
