(ANSA) - LONDON, DEC 24 - White smoke on post-Brexit between the EU and the United Kingdom, after months of grueling negotiations: this was announced by sources in London, simultaneously with Brussels, formalizing the green light for the final compromise on a free trade agreement - a text of about 2000 pages - which removes the nightmare of a traumatic 'no deal' commercial.
The agreement, reached in extremis, will enter into force from the first of January 2021, the expiry of the post-divorce transition phase, albeit subject to parliamentary ratifications. (HANDLE).
