(ANSA) - ROME, DEC 29 - The epicenter of the strong 6.3 magnitude earthquake in Croatia was located around Petrinja, about fifty km south of Zagreb, a region already hit by earthquakes yesterday.

Regional media report serious damage to Petrinja, with collapsed buildings, power outages and telephone lines.

The earthquake was felt throughout Croatia but also in Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
