Donald Trump's successor has indicated that he wants to reverse the latter's Cuban policy, in order to begin a rapprochement with Cuba, like what Barack Obama did in December 2014. The future president starts from an observation, he explained in an interview with the online anti-Castro magazine cibercuba.com:
“Trump's policy towards Cuba has been a total failure.
The regime's repressions only increased under his rule. "
In order to achieve reconciliation between the two countries, Joe Biden could use the same method as Obama.
Assuming that American political pressure on Cuba has always been a failure and only starved Cubans without weakening the regime, the future tenant of the White House added.
