Covid-19: PCR tests required before arrival in France for European travelers from Sunday

This obligation will apply "excluding essential travel", specified the Elysee: "Frontier workers and land transport will in particular be exempt".

While Germany and France have just tightened their health measures to fight the coronavirus and the Netherlands plan to introduce a curfew, this 9th virtual meeting of European leaders aimed to harmonize the response to preserve the functioning of the internal market, the transport of goods and the daily life of cross-border workers.
