(ANSA) - MOSCOW, 29 JAN - Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed the law to extend the New Start for five years: the agreement between Russia and the US that limits strategic nuclear weapons by setting a ceiling of 1,550 warheads and 700 missiles and bombers deployed for each of the two states.
