The Public Ministry of Honduras has cataloged the death of Keyla Martínez, the 28-year-old university student who was arrested on Saturday in La Esperanza and who died in custody as a homicide. All the agents who were in the police station have been removed from their positions, but the investigation is not yet complete. Meanwhile, national and international organizations are calling for an exhaustive gender investigation to be carried out to clarify the facts, since this would not be the first time that a similar case has shaken the country.
