Appeal to the TAR of 300 health workers against the obligation to be vaccinated

Three hundred health workers and doctors from Brescia, Cremona, Bergamo and Mantua filed an appeal with the Brescia Regional Administrative Court asking for the cancellation of the vaccination obligation. The hearing is scheduled for July 14. (HANDLE)

(ANSA) - BRESCIA, 03 JUL - Three hundred health workers and doctors from Brescia, Cremona, Bergamo and Mantua have filed an appeal to the Brescia Regional Administrative Court asking for the compulsory vaccination to be canceled. The hearing is scheduled for July 14.


    "It is not a no vax battle, but a democratic battle.


   Here a person is forced to take a risk otherwise he will be prevented from practicing" explains the lawyer Daniele Granara who presented the appeal against AST Bergamo, ATS Brescia, ATS Val Padana and ATS Montagna.


    "Italy - reads the 52 pages of the appeal - is the only country in the European Union to provide for the compulsory nature of vaccination for the prevention of Sars-CoV-2 for certain categories of subjects".


    The appeal was filed on June 22 last. (HANDLE).
