In Argentina the construction of two hydroelectric plants is questioned.
Non-governmental organizations assure that they will fully impact the species and the more than 1,000 glaciers in Patagonia, including the Perito Moreno.
The case is pending resolution in the Supreme Court of Justice, which had already put a stop to the project in 2016.
