The health authorities in Russia recorded 21,378 infections and 792 new deaths from the Corona virus during the past 24 hours.
According to the figures and data of the Russian Center for Epidemic Control issued today, the new infections were distributed over 85 regions, and the largest number of infections was recorded in Petersburg, with 1811, followed by the capital, Moscow, with 1639.
The total number of infections that have been recorded in Russia since the beginning of the epidemic has risen to 6,491,288, of whom 1,66,442 died, and 5,788,710 recovered.
