After the social network giant in Israel permanently removed their Facebook pages, right-wing activists reacted angrily • "Delete a page of 57,000 followers, without complaining about a particular post. We did not say the last word," the two wrote

Facebook Israel yesterday permanently removed the accounts of right-wing activists, former MK Michael Ben-Ari and Baruch Marzel, claiming that they violated the community rules of the world's largest social network.

"We do not allow organizations and individuals who declare violence or engage in violence to be present on Facebook," the statement said.

"We have removed Baruch Marzel and Michael Ben-Ari from our platforms, due to their continued support for the 'So' and 'Kahana Chai' movements - organizations defined as terrorist organizations under American law and Israeli law."

Michael Ben-Ari reacted sharply to the unilateral move towards them: "Facebook, in its policy of supporting terrorism, is giving a free hand to Hezbollah, Hamas, the Haaretz newspaper and Mansour Abbas - and my page is being deleted under false pretenses, following complaints from left-wing terrorist supporters in Israel.

"Delete a page of 57,000 followers, without complaining about a particular post. We did not say the last word."
