The 34-year-old Argentinian was filmed doing physical exercises, while the rest of the group were playing ball games.
Messi signed a two-season contract with PSG on Tuesday, and was presented to the press on Wednesday at the Parc des Princes, after leaving Barcelona, where he was unable to sign a new lease.
The six-fold Ballon d'Or is only now starting its recovery phase, and should take some time before appearing in competition with PSG.
