The president of Mexico, Andrés Manuel López Obrador, said he does not oppose the release of Miguel Ángel Félix Gallardo, former leader of the defunct Guadalajara cartel and known as the "chief of bosses."
The president sent him a message of gratitude for a comment that Félix Gallardo made about his government in an interview with the Telemundo network.
