Emmanuel Valdes Pecina had been suffering from cancer for six years when he passed away on June 3.
"Yesterday, as an act of love in memory of our son, my husband decided to dress up," said the boy's mother, Yesenia Pecina, a neighbor of Apodaca, in the Mexican city of Monterrey.
