Washington, SANA- Republican Senator Lindsey Graham considered that the withdrawal of US forces from Afghanistan has increased the situation

Washington-Sana

Republican Senator Lindsey Graham considered that the withdrawal of US forces from Afghanistan increased the possibility of new terrorist attacks in the United States of America.

CBS quoted Graham as saying in a television interview that the probability of events such as 9/11 had increased again, considering that attacks by US drones would not lead to the destruction of ISIS and that the number of ISIS fighters had doubled.

Referring to US President Joe Biden's decision to withdraw his forces from Afghanistan, Graham stressed that this decision had a completely opposite effect, as US leaders in the White House would be forced to solve the problems arising from the catastrophic situation in Afghanistan.

The Taliban movement captured the Afghan capital, Kabul, on the fifteenth of August, after seizing large areas of the country in recent months, after the US administration announced its intention to withdraw its forces after twenty years of military intervention that led to chaos and instability in this country.
